Hello there! after I promised a month ago (and forgot, sorry about that..) I bring you..
The Southern Dragon & Eastern Dragon ARP Myoko skin.
Note: you can only have one skin at a time. These skins swap only with ARP Myoko because we don’t have ARP Ashigara or ARP Haguro yet.
Installation: Drag and drop folders in zip to (default) C:GamesWorld_of_Warshipsres_mods.5.9.1 For future versions, drop into your current version.
Uninstall: Keep a downloaded copy, and ‘hunt’ for the files and delete them.

It comes with tri-color camouflages (pacified nation).
This WG choice dos not unanimous. A lot of people wants an historical skin.
I proposed to change it. This new ship is very important for me because I am french !!
1. New colors and camouflages for aircrafts (HD 780 and Loire 130)
2. Suppression of tri-color band on 130 mm/45 Mle 1932 turret
3. New position for white band on the fireplace.
4. New historical colors for all lifeboats.
5. Suppression of tri-color band on 330 mm/52 1932 n°2 turret
6. New paint “Atlantic Grey” on hull and structure

Hey guys! So i have finally unlocked the Independence and instantly fell in love with her look, but i thought it’s a bit rusty.
So i’ve decided to create this skin!
It contains:
new vessel colour (the colour from Arizona’s perma camo)
rust-free!
Hull number on deck!
Hull number on tower (i know that it didn’t had historically)
The .rar contains even camouflage.xml file which makes all the independence’s camo invisible, but dont worry the shipp still will have the bonuses of selected camo’s.

Since i unlocked the Ranger yesterday i decided to make her a beauty! Hope you will like it. This skin contains:
Rust free!
New colour of the entire vessel (same as Arizona’s perma camo)
Hull number on deck and island (Historically inaccurate)
Name on the aft of vessel (Historically accurate)
Camouflage.xml file to make all of ranger’s camo invisible, but dont worry the bonuses of selected camo will be active.
(just click on ranger_no_rust.rar to download and extract to /res_mods/current_patch_number/
P.S. I know that some “boxes” on the tower are not painted, this is due the fact that these thing were not in the files and it’s impossible for me to track them down.

since I have recently started to sit down to make small edits to textures, I have now decided to make some complete skins myself.
I have very little experience in modding textures, so any advice, criticism, suggestion, etc is always welcome!
The skins are all rust free, because I’m too noob to make convincing looking weathering effects.
Aside from that, they will mostly be designed to be compatible with Tanz’ textures. I strongly suggest having a look at Tanz’ thread (and the other ones in the spoiler)

In this thread I’ll be sharing the skins I make with you guys, I’ll try to keep them all updated as fast as possible! I plan on doing as many historical skins as I can, I hope you like them!
Individual skins will be inside the spoilers in order to save space, just looks nicer.
Primarily based on the EU server I decided that I would share my work with you guys as well, I will try to keep this thread as up-to-date as possible for you guys!

All Kamikaze, Tachibana, Warspite, Błyskawica, Tirpitz and Atago skins come with a camouflages file that disables the visual effect of all camouflages ingame. The actual bonuses are still active, the camouflage is just invisible.

I am french, so sorry for my poor english.
I always find that camouflage are very limited in World of Warships.
All ships show the same camouflage pattern. Only the colors seems to be different.
Since last patch 0.5.2.4, premium ships have unique camouflage. Why not all ships ?
The objective of my mod is to give an unique camouflage for each ship.
So I have drawn pattern files, choosen colors and adjusted mapping. Then I have assigned it to each ship to created a unique combination. It is not a skin mod, but a camouflage mod.
It’s really important because you keep the bonus by using camo !!! As usual, you need to buy with credits the camouflage.
camouflage Type 1, 2 and 5 for these cruisers and battleships : Phoenix, Omaha, Cleveland, Pensacola, New Orleans, Baltimore, Des Moines, Wyoming, Colorado, North Carolina, Iowa, Montana, Myoko, Mogami, Ibuki, Zao, Myogi, Kongo, Fuso, Nagato, Amagi, Izumo, Yamato, Svietlana, Kirov, Budyonny, Schors, Chapayev, DM Donskoï, Moskva, Karlsruhe, Koenigsberg, Yorck, Admiral Hipper, Roon and Hindenburg
camouflage Type 1 et 5 for destroyers and aircraft carriers :Izokaze, Minekaze,Mutsuki, Hatsuharu, Fubuki, Kagero, Shimakaze,Mahan, Benson, Fletcher, Gearing, Kiev, Tashkent, Udaloï, Khabarovsk, Langley and Hosho
camouflage Type 1 only for Gnevny et Ognevoy
camouflage Type 2 only for Furutaka, Aoba, New York and New Mexico.
Note :
1. it’s very important to understand that it is NOT a SKINS mod, but a CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN MOD.
2. I know that is not historical camouflage. I have done this mod to give ships more attractive like Premium ships. If you want 100% historical ships, download indivdual skins on the web.

This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. Ever since I got the permanent camouflages for Hatsuharu, Fubuki, and Mogami, I thought Atago’s camo stood out due to its colour scheme. This simple mod just changes Atago’s camo to match the same green and white colours as the rest of the Japanese camos. This mod also changes New York’s permanent camouflage (The one that can be purchased for 1000 doubloons) into Texas’ camouflage and alters Texas’ look to have MS 21 camo scheme (The solid dark blue one). I plan on adding more here soon but for now, here are the new camos.

Note: This mod affects the camouflages only. The ship textures you use will remain the same and will be visible under the camos.
To install, just extract the contents of the .zip file into your res_mods folder.
